Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Frozen veg (I use mixed veg and broad beans but completely up to you!)
Day-old rice
2-3 eggs
Anything else you want to add
Soy sauce
sesame seed oil (optional)
Instructions
Chop garlic, add to pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil and heat at medium-high heat
Add frozen veg and heat until defrosted
Add rice, stir and warm
In a mug, mix together the eggs
Make a hole in the centre of the rice and veg and pour in the eggs. Stir so the eggs are fully mixed in
When the eggs are fully cooked, plate up and add soy sauce and sesame seed oil to taste
