
Look. If you're still eating meat today, you're in the majority, and that's okay. You've probably grown up with it on the table and, let's be honest, it seems a lot harder to cook without it. Maybe, though, you just don't know how good meat-free dishes can actually be!
Our goal is to help you cut down on animal protein (especially meat), but not necessarily cut it out, if that's not up your street. None of us are perfect eaters, but any little action is a step in the right direction. 🌱

We have curated some recipes of our own, but also from other students across the University. Bear in mind not all of these recipes are plant-based - there are several with eggs and dairy (although we provide alternatives to these in different types of recipe too)!
