Ingredients


  • 225g ground walnuts and/or pecans

  • 85g brown breadcrumbs

  • 85g stuffing

  • 75g grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 finely chopped medium onion

  • 2 tsp mixed herbs

  • 5 tbsp hot milk

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • Ingredients for sides, e.g.:

    - Potatoes

    - Frozen brussels sprouts

    - Frozen carrots

    - Baked beans



Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 180


  2. Mix together all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl


  3. Add mixture to baking tray and form into a loaf shape


  4. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes


  5. Serve with sides of your choice (we normally go for brussels sprouts, carrots, potatoes, and baked beans!)
