Ingredients
225g ground walnuts and/or pecans
85g brown breadcrumbs
85g stuffing
75g grated cheddar cheese
1 finely chopped medium onion
2 tsp mixed herbs
5 tbsp hot milk
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp mustard
Ingredients for sides, e.g.:
- Potatoes
- Frozen brussels sprouts
- Frozen carrots
- Baked beans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180℃
Mix together all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Add mixture to baking tray and form into a loaf shape
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes
Serve with sides of your choice (we normally go for brussels sprouts, carrots, potatoes, and baked beans!)
