  • 0.5 tbsp olive oil

  • 40g sunflower seeds

  • 25g pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 serving of wholemeal pasta



Instructions


  1. Cook pasta, drain and keep in pan


  2. Add olive oil, seeds and tomato puree and warm at medium heat
